1. Introduction

Welcome to Hola Legal. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Hola Legal is a gestoria providing administrative, tax, and legal documentation services in Spain. We are based in Vélez-Rubio, Almería.

2. Services

2.1 What We Do

We provide gestoria services including but not limited to:

• NIE and TIE applications and renewals
• Driving license exchanges
• Empadronamiento registration
• Tax filings (Modelo 720, Renta, etc.)
• Social Security registration
• Autónomo registration and accounting
• Vehicle registration
• Residency applications
• Bank account opening assistance
• Power of attorney preparation
• Digital certificate assistance

2.2 What We Don't Do

We are a gestoria, not a law firm. We do not provide:

• Legal advice or representation in court
• Litigation services
• Criminal defense
• Complex immigration appeals

For legal matters requiring a lawyer (abogado), we can provide referrals to qualified professionals.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit all required documents in a timely manner
• Respond promptly to our requests for information
• Pay all fees as agreed
• Inform us of any changes to your circumstances
• Not provide false or fraudulent information

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Fees

Our fees are displayed on our website and quoted at the time of service request. Fees include:

• Our professional service fee
• Government fees (tasas) where specified

Additional costs not included unless specified:

• Notary fees
• Translation fees
• Courier or postal costs
• Medical examination fees (psicotécnico)

4.2 Payment

Payment is due as follows:

• 50% deposit upon service confirmation
• Remaining 50% upon completion of service

We accept bank transfer and card payments.

4.3 Refunds

Refund policy:

• Before work begins: Full refund minus any government fees already paid
• Work in progress: Partial refund based on work completed
• Application submitted: No refund for our fees; government fees are non-refundable
• Application rejected: No refund for our fees, but we may offer a discounted resubmission

Government fees paid to Spanish authorities are non-refundable regardless of application outcome.

5. Service Delivery

5.1 Timelines

We provide estimated timelines for each service. These are estimates only. Actual processing times depend on:

• Spanish government processing times
• Appointment availability (cita previa)
• Completeness of documents provided
• Your responsiveness to our requests

We are not responsible for delays caused by government authorities.

5.2 No Guarantee of Outcome

While we have high success rates, we cannot guarantee approval of any application. The final decision rests with the relevant Spanish authority. Our fee covers our professional services regardless of outcome.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00 CET. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.

7. Document Handling

7.1 Document Security

We handle your documents with care and store them securely. Documents are encrypted and backed up.

7.2 Document Return

Original documents will be returned to you upon service completion. We retain copies for our records as required by Spanish law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for application rejections by Spanish authorities
• We are not liable for delays caused by government processing
• We are not liable for losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information you provide
• Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• By client: At any time, subject to our refund policy
• By us: If you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or provide false information

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Almería, Spain.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
